Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Destinations
AMACX ships to all provinces and territories within Canada, as well as to the United States (all 50 states).
We do not currently ship internationally outside of Canada and the USA.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Canada
- Standard Shipping (1–8 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 CAD
United States
- Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (3–6 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 USD
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Canadian customers: Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be calculated and applied at checkout.
US customers: Due to current US trade regulations, all shipments from Canada to the United States are subject to customs duties and import taxes regardless of order value. AMACX collects these estimated fees at checkout so you have full cost transparency before completing your purchase. No additional charges will be collected upon delivery.
Duty and tax amounts are estimated based on your shipping destination and the contents of your order. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, final amounts are determined by US Customs & Border Protection and are subject to change. In the rare event of a discrepancy, AMACX will not be held liable for any difference between the estimated and actual assessed amounts.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Restrictions for Supplements
Certain nutritional supplements may be subject to import restrictions or regulations in specific US states or Canadian provinces. AMACX complies with all applicable regulations. If your order contains a restricted item that cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified and offered a full refund or product substitution.
Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. AMACX is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the customer's expense.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at info@amacx.ca. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
